Hi, I just joined the Sweat365 community

I’m a man from valdosta ga usa, born in 1961.

My goals are: I want to run a marathon within 6 months

My other favorite activities include: weightlifting.

Last year I had a heart attack weighed 340 lbs,and was in a job I hated, i now weigh 260 (and dropping)and I own my own business I want to prove you can change your life for the better and for the rest of my life

This is my training blog which I am using to keep track of my fitness progress.
